    This place is great, and has comfortable beds, free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with my heavy baggage on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I recommend their bar for a relaxing evening. I'm coming back for a weekend!

    Fantastic hotel, fairly clean, with very polite and courteous staff in 5 star manner by the incredible staff. In a marvellous and lovely location near restaurants and discos. Near the train station, easy to travel around. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Airport shuttle was offered too;)))

    Beautiful, stylish ambience and the view from the room is breathtaking. Thanks to the wide window sill, you can sit directly in front of the window and in our case enjoy the view from the 32nd floor. It is also worth visiting the bar on the 40th floor. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely come back.

    perfect location in a hip neighbourhood. - impressive Shibuya crossing. - Shopping until the credit card glows ... - Variety of catering facilities in the neighbourhood. - Cleanliness, discipline and friendliness . - Smoking ban

    Tokyo's very expensive. - very modest knowledge of English of the locals. - sometimes a mega crowd of people. - no public waste bins . - Street cafés to watch the hustle and bustle are unfortunately missing

    The location of the hotel was great. The view from our room on the 37th floor is great. The room very clean and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, but also quite expensive. Would book the hotel again immediately.

    Central location,easy reach, staff helpful, polite and professional like. Good choice of breakfast from Japanese/English. Room commands 180 degree view of the city and mountain.

    Lovely city views, seamless check-in process, numerous on-site dining options

    The bathtub is disappointingly small!!! The bakery in the lobby lacks essential utensils and enforces an unnecessary minimum spending policy!!! The room charging for tea bags feels petty for a place boasting luxury!!!

    I am very happy with my hotel choice. Cerulean tower is a great hotel, close to shibuya station and just one station away from Harajuku and Omotesando. The employees are very kind and helpful. They have many restaurants, a jazz club, fitness club and beauty saloons and a 7 eleven in the hotel, so if you are tired to go out, you will have enough choice to eat there. I will stay there again in my next trip to tokyo.

    location near shibuya metro station, nice lobby, shuttle bus to the airport every hour till 5:00 PM,very useful concierge and the quickest chick-in ever

    it give u the feeling its more toward business people not average tourist, for average tourist i recommend Tokyu excel hotel shibuya
